Systems Administrator (Device Management)

A mid-sized organisation which is fast-growing and diverse, and well-known as one of the leaders in their field. Based in either South or West Auckland.  

Led by a charismatic, high profile CIO who’s positive outlook filters through the company, they are currently looking for a Systems Administrator/Support Person to assist with business and customer requirements as they embark on their upscaling journey.

 

ABOUT YOU

This role requires someone who is has experience in Level 1 or 2 support and has a customer-centric focus in their work. You will be responsible primarily for Device Management in the forms of phones and tablets, and be proficient in O365. Some experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM)/AirWatch would be very advantageous.


Some key happenings for the business include:

  • SAP upgrade
  • Australasian PC rollout
  • IaaS migration from on-prem
  • O365 migration
  • Integration platform deployment
  • Field service solution development, integrated with SAP and encompassing Job Costing, Workforce Management and GeoSpatial data capture
