We are 2 Directors of a boutique NZ property business 20 people. We need a PA - open to full time or parttime (if part time Mon - Thur is ideal).
The work invovled is typical PA duties on the work front, like helping to manage our diaries, talking to clients etc, but also assisting with some personal matters such as booking travel and arranging personal functions.
You must have an advanced command of english - both written and oral. You'll be a machine on Word and most Office 365 applications. It would be great if you had some exposure to property and or finance. Most of all you must be great at organising and have high productivity.
We are currently basedin Parnell - but moving to new and freshly decorated premises in Newmarket.
