Communications will play a key support role as our city grows. We need leaders who are agile, fast paced, problem solvers.

We are seeking an experienced Communications Advisor who has a wide range of skills in writing and editing content for a variety of channels and platforms.

In this role you will:

  • create high quality written material for social media, websites, news releases, newsletters, bulletins, speeches, signs and other media
  • develop and co-ordinate communication activities
  • capture high quality visuals from various events that you attend
  • be an active and involved member of our engaged Communications team
  • tell stories in a simple, authentic and interesting way.

We have a fabulous team who work hard and have fun. We look forward to welcoming another superstar into the Communications team.

You'll need to show us that you:

  • have several years' experience working in a communications advisor role
  • have strong writing, editing and oral communication skills
  • have experience producing content for a variety of channels and platforms
  • have experience producing images and video and uploading to various media outlets
  • have experience communicating with a range of audiences.
