You'll be an ancillary expert already, but this role is a step up - make it your own by designing and implementing the strategy for JUCY. Bring your innovative thinking to work out the best way for us to leverage from our existing portfolio of products in order to drive revenue and provide a better experience for our customers. You'll have the knack at ensuring there's all the 'extras' that our customers could possibly need - whether that's travel for work or play.

As any organization does, we must keep the dollars rolling in, so this is a fantastic opportunity to drive revenue, identify opportunities for penetration of sales and work with various internal JUCY crew and partners to deliver the ancillary plan.

You'll be as quick as Usain Bolt with your ability to deliver all initiatives, wowing us with your project management skills and ability to deliver within budget. We love a smooth talker, but an authentic one - you'll be able to talk the talk, build relationships with key partners and stakeholders. They will love you because you will provide them information, support and guidance.

As an Ancillary Sales Manager, you will do the following:

  • Design and implement the ancillary revenue strategy for JUCY, with financial targets and actions
  • Evaluate and formulate business plans of new and innovative products. Ensure that new products and services are in line with the company's brand and customer experience strategies and drive revenue growth
  • Create the project plan/s and deliver from start to finish the agreed business plan and strategic objectives within the annual budget
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders and colleagues through effective networking and development of high value relationships
  • Lead, coach, mentor and motivate the wider JUCY team to understand new ancillary plans implemented so they support and achieve collective objectives ensuring excellence in service delivery
  • Understand and have a deep knowledge of existing ancillary services offered by other relevant business sectors

To get through the doors, you'll need the following:

  • Ideally at least eight years' experience in a similar role
  • To be a whiz at cross functional stakeholder management, high collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven project management skills - we look forward to hearing your stories about the projects you've started and completed
  • Strong commercial acumen - for those annual budgets, presenting monthly realisations and final monthly figures with commentary
  • Analysing the data is your game - you can make sense and provide insights others wouldn't identify
  • Negotiate and sell ice to eskimos!
