Based on the Ruakura Research Campus in Hamilton, we use our world class equipment and highly skilled team to offer game changing solutions to our clients in a range of different industries. With ongoing business growth and development, Analytica is an exciting company where hardworking employees can develop themselves and their careers rapidly alongside the business. 

Due to the ongoing growth of environmental testing, the Organics team is looking to recruit a new team member to assist with our routine operations from sample extraction through to analysis. As a part of the Organics team you would play a crucial role in ensuring we continue to deliver our clients the information they rely on to make decisions with significant environmental, health and safety, and financial impacts.

The ideal applicant will be a person with excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. A key attribute we are looking for in a new member of the team is leadership potential - with the rapid and exciting growth Analytica is experiencing there are regularly opportunities for Technicians who have proven themselves and their abilities in the laboratory to take on new challenges and leadership roles within the company. 

While previous experience in a high throughput analytical chemistry laboratory, GC / GC-MS instruments, and tertiary education in science would be an advantage to the successful applicant, firm requirements for an applicant to this role are:

- Strong alignment with Analytica's values of communication, teamwork, trust, engagement, and quality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A desire to learn new skills and improve systems and procedures around them.
- Able to work both unsupervised and with other team members, helping to maintain an excellent working environment.
- Must be legally entitled to work in NZ.
