About the role


No two days are the same in this industry, so if you are looking for routine this job is not for you.

You will learn and develop your communication skills within the team, clients and stakeholders and have the responsibility of providing an outstanding experience for the tenants of your portfolio.

You will assist in the day to day management of a portfolio of properties, develop significant relationships with stakeholders and fulfill all the legal and regulatory requirements. You will develop a recognised expertise in the property field along the way.

You will report regularly to the senior property management team and receive continued development.

Skills and experience


A person that thinks on their feet, enjoys learning on the job and is comfortable with change. The successful applicant will be analytical and solution minded, collaborative and a real team player. The learning curve can be steep so the ability to handle a number of moving parts in an organised manner is a must.

You will love talking to people and have a passion for service delivery. You will have the responsibility of providing an outstanding customer experience to a number of tenants, owners and suppliers. Your communication skills must be second to none to allow you to get the best out of a variety of situations.

You are technically savvy,  comfortable using modern applications and understand how to make your job more efficient with technology.

You will need to match our value set and be able to confidently display,  Integrity, Resilience, Humility, Innovation, Ambition, Problem Solving and Personality throughout the interview process.

You have a passion and desire to enter the property industry along with previous study or work experience in the industry. A technical background in residential management is a bonus as you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and high regulatory standards are upheld across the portfolio of properties.

You will want to strive to be known for being an expert in the industry.
