The Opportunity
 
This is such a crucial role to the business; it is the link and central point for up to 200 attendees annually who are taking part in a variety of leadership programmes.  The highly regarded leadership programmes/courses they facilitate are continually developed to ensure the content is relevant and ahead of the game so attendees can be sure they are developing personal and professional skills. 
 
The role is multi-dimensional, varied and is best suited to someone who can support development, delivery, evaluation and the evolution of the leadership programmes.  The incumbent has decided that after three years of learning and being part of such a wonderful organization that it’s time for someone new to take over and add their flair.
 
In this unique role, you are the integral link between participants and facilitators, coaches and stakeholders.  Providing practical and pastoral care to all.  An honest and helpful manner will align extremely well with an organization who is committed to positively impacting people’s lives.  The role is broken into the areas of Relationship Management – coordinating and collaboration between many groups, Programme Management – ensuring content and delivery is on point, Marketing & Communication – actively promote events using various media channels, Project Budgeting – ensure that delivery of programmes are on time and on budget.
