Senior Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Specialist

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. Right now, we are looking for a Senior Integrated Business Planning Specialist to join our team based in Dunsandel.
The aim of this role is to lead commercial optimisation activities as part of the Supply Chain Integrated Panning process.  

This is very much an analyst role with the focus on commercial optimisation of the end-to-end value chain; you will drive our business towards making the right decisions to maximise earnings.

You will get to know all the commercial drivers for our business, figure out what is commercially optimal and then steer us in that direction to help drive continued growth.

This will be a key role for aspiring CEO’s and business leaders and to be considered you should have the following;


Qualifications


Minimum:
University bachelor’s degree (Engineering; Sciences, Commerce)

Experience

Minimum:
5 – 10 years dairy industry experience in manufacturing & planning functions
Experience in commercial value chain optimisation and planning
Experience with optimisation techniques/operations research (eg linear programming, mixed integer programming, monte carlo simulation)
Experience using optimisation systems and applications (eg SAP APO, JDA, Infor, AspenTech etc.)
Advanced Excel skills
