New Zealand Police is the lead agency responsible for reducing crime, death and serious injury on our roads. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the police strategy "Our Business", through the deployment of mobile safe speed camera's within the Waikato policing district.

The successful applicant will be required to work various shifts between 0600 and 2300 hours, be deployed in a mobile camera van throughout the Waikato rural road network, operate and maintain Traffic Cameras with the area.

This is a position where you will be expected to bring experience in office administration systems and must be proficient with office computer systems.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrates ability to have a high level of self-motivation and initiative
  • Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work and contribute in a team environment

Additional Information:

  • Successful applicant must reside within commuting distance of Hamilton City
  • Successful applicant must obtain or hold a current First Aid certificate
