Client Experience Specialist - Insurance

The role:

Primarily this role is accountable for being proactive in making contact with our risk insurance clients and working through what solutions they require. You will need to have great communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone. You will be required to follow up with clients in a number of different situations, including those that are having difficulties with payments. You will be supported by a nationwide network of Advisers who will be able to work alongside you and provide advice to clients when needed.

To be considered:

  • Experience in the wider financial services industry is desirable, in particular Insurance
  • Experience in a customer focused sales environment is essential
  • Demonstrated and proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, you will be measured on number of client contacts and completed follow up activity
  • Passion for providing exceptional value to clients
  • Demonstrate strong communication and influencing skills (both verbal and written)
  • A friendly, professional approach, with willingness to go the extra mile
  • Eligible to work in New Zealand
  • National Certificate in Financial Services (L5) or on way to completion is preferred but not essential.
