The Role

Experience is not a prerequisite as we have a comprehensive training programme.

Responsibilities

·      Absolutely passionate about front-line customer service, engage with customers, listening to them and understanding their individual needs to arrange the right protection for them

·      Understand the bigger picture and really get to know our customers to identify other areas in which we may support them with insurance

·      Build and maintain relationships with customers on a day to day basis

·      Assist customers at their time of need 

·      Enjoy the variety of being involved with claims, underwriting and finding the best solutions for customers - full training provided

 

We are expanding our advisor base and are looking for people in the Wellington area.
