  • Business acumen to understand our internal team’s / Client’s needs and propose solutions

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing level 1 - 3 help desk support to staff and external clients as required
  • Ensuring all security systems are up-to-date and running correctly.
  • Maintenance of the current ICT infrastructure to keep all our servers and devices patched and up to date from vulnerabilities.

  • Dealing with ISP's, Mobile Providers, Suppliers, and other Vendors.
  • Assisting with Skype for Business, Remote Access tools, Office 365 & GSuite

We encourage professional development for all our team members, and truly value diversity and the importance of collaboration across our company. Our values are measured by what we do, not just in what we say, and we are all accountable. Respect, Trust, Accountability, Collaboration, Challenge our conventions and Taking Initiative.

We can tell you all the great things about us and lure you in, but we know it's about actions, not just words. It's a two-way thing, so let us know what you can bring to the table and we will set up a conversation.
