Honda Cars Wellington seeks an experienced panelbeater to join the Panel & Paint services team. We take pride in getting our customers back on the road with a quality job every time and keep up to date with the latest methods and technology.
Ideally, you’ll have at least three years of experience and hold a Trade Certificate or similarly recognised qualification to NZQA Level 4. You must be able to repair structural and panel damage, complete finishing work to a high standard, strip and fit vehicles, assess for damage, and follow repair specifications when provided.
You’ll have an excellent track record, a strong attention to detail and be able to quality control your own work. Self motivation and an ability to work unsupervised with consistent time management is important. Working well in a team and demonstrating reliability and honesty is key as well as understanding current Health and Safety legislation.
A clean and current drivers licence is required and you must pass a pre-employment drug test.
I-Car certificates are a bonus but on the job training will be provided
