Marketing Assistant


Looking for a challenge in a fast-paced dynamic Industry with a global company then have a look at this opportunity.


ACCO Brands New Zealand, the leaders in the office products and stationery industry is looking to hire a Marketing & Sales  Assistant who will work closely with our sales team plus our retail customers to develop and implement strategies and promotional plans for our brands.


As a successful candidate you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for growth, as well as creating marketing materials including flyers and promotional literature.


The co-ordination and management of trade shows and consumer events is an integral requirement of this role.


In conjunction with the sales team you will develop and give presentations to our Retail Customers on Product & Brand opportunities.


The successful candidate will ideally have the following experience and skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field
  • A passion for sales & marketing of strong brands
  • Effective written & verbal communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Advanced analytical and computer skills including Excel, Word, Power Point and Adobe.
