The successful candidate will have had years of experience living and breathing digital and have a solid understanding of development lifecycles, user experience and project management. Trouble-shooting and problem-solving will be their middle name.
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in directing teams and suppliers to develop and maintain platforms and associated processes.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to,:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Manage Business as Usual - including platforms and maintenance, systems and processes
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Manage relationships with the project teams and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements of the role:
To be eligible for this role applicants are expected to have:
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Good knowledge of different project management methodologies
Experience using online project management and communications tools such as Jira, Trello, Google Suite, Slack workspaces
Must have some experience of Content Management Systems - ideally Salesforce experience
