  • Seeking a change of scene?

We are seeking a true team player to join our Building team as a Land Information Officer. Your role will predominantly be focused on preparing Land Information Memorandum (LIM) reports for our customers, but you will also have the variety of providing other administrative support functions to the Building Unit.

Though not essential, ideally you will have LIM preparation or regulatory administration experience, however your excellent interpersonal skills, IT literacy, attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly will ensure your success in this role. Research skills will also be an advantage.

Your proven knowledge and experience with the following legislative requirements will give you a distinct advantage over your competition:

  • Building Act 2004, New Zealand Building Code & Accreditation regulations

We are a busy team keeping up with the building growth in our city. We work hard and also have fun and celebrate our success.
