As the Health and Safety Administrator, you will be supporting our organisational commitment to keeping our people healthy and safe from harm. Our goal is to have H&S embedded as ‘how we do things around here,’ and to do this we have identified the need to bolster our small but passionate team. 

Reporting to the Health and Safety Business Partner, this role will see you providing operational and administrative support to the H&S function at ORC; the tasks will be varied, interesting, and ideal for a motivated, steadfast person, looking to take the next step in their H&S career. You will be supporting and enabling our managers and employees to maintain demonstrable legal compliance, providing excellent customer service and championing health and safety across the organisation. 

Renowned for your positive persona, willingness to take up a challenge and ability to self-manage, our ideal candidate for this role will be a whizz on MS Office applications, have experience providing administrative support, and ideally (though not essential) have experience and/or a qualification in health and safety. You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to prepare engaging content, and willing to get out in the thick of it when needed. 

In return for your dedication and willingness to learn, you will be mentored and supported by an experienced H&S professional, gaining valuable exposure to the world of health and safety and be afforded the opportunity to truly make the role your own.

We are flexible on hours of work for the right candidate; ideally, we are looking for hours to be worked Monday – Friday, 25 hours per week. This is a twelve-month fixed-term position, based out of our Stafford Street offices.
