CustomLinc Support Specialist

Are you a superstar when it comes to systems? Wayfare are looking for someone to join the team in Queenstown in a full time, permanent capacity as a CustomLinc Support Specialist.

Reporting to the Sales Application Support Manager this specialist role is focussed on providing support with the planning, continuous development, configuration and maintenance of the reservations system. You’ll be organised and efficient and be able to provide support for all matters relating to CustomLinc.

You will be someone who:

  • Is fantastic at problem solving
  • Has great attention to detail
  • Is an effective communicator
  • Has the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Enjoys working as part of a team, but can be relied upon to work autonomously
  • Works well under pressure and is effective in meeting deadlines
  • Is a forward thinker with an analytical mind

Suitable candidates for this role will ideally have previous experience in a reservations environment with CustomLinc experience preferred!  Some weekend work will be required but to succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and strive to resolve challenges when they arise with a positive attitude.
