About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Coordinator to join the close knit and supportive marketing team at Hyundai!

Assisting the well-known brand across various marketing activities you will be tasked with taking care of competitions, campaigns, displays and maintaining website content amongst other tasks.

You will need to be self-motivated, open to taking on projects and interested in learning the intricacies of their dynamic industry.

You must be confident with your communication (verbal and written), proficient on systems and able to follow processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of Social Media activity
  • Maintaining reports for marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with the planning of marketing content ahead of time
  • Creating ideas for campaigns and competitions
  • Maintaining the Hyundai website and other affiliated sites
  • Supporting the weekly roll out of Country Calendar Media and managing the in-show competition
  • Coordination of the airport vehicle displays and activations
  • Assisting in the roll-out of national integrated marketing campaigns
  • Supporting a national dealer network with marketing guidance and ad production

Skills and requirements include:

  • Tertiary level qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
  • Previous experience in online marketing would be an advantage
  • Competency in Microsoft operating system and programs
  • Time management skills
  • Self-motivated and integrity to work independently and unsupervised
  • Ability to work with diverse teams and individuals crossing multiple stakeholders/businesses
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), teamwork/teambuilding, and interpersonal skills required
