Your new company
This established medium sized specialist subcontractor are Auckland based and pride themselves on completing projects to a high standard within tight time frames. They are looking for a new for a new Sales Support Administrator to assist the team.

Your new role

  • Supporting the sales team to help achieve the divisional sales targets
  • Provide full support to both the Industrial and Commercial sales divisions
  • Handle all incoming customer product enquirers / orders / sales
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients
  • Ensure all aspects of the sales/order process are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Track sales orders from initial stages through to complete delivery

  • Clear confident communication skills
  • A can-do attitude
  • Have great organisational skills
  • Be self-motivated and confident in your ability
  • Not be afraid to voice your opinion and contribute to the teams targets
  • Be diligent in your administration skills
