Are you interested in being part of the aviation industry?

We are seeking a Customer Services Officer who is a motivated, reliable and passionate individual and is interested in being part of a great team, whilst working in a face paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include:

  • Check In Services and customer assistance
  • Provide superior customer service and special handling assistance
  • Arrival and dispatch services (boarding gates and aerobridge)
  • Mishandled baggage services
  • Administration functions as required

Requirements:

  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Excellent time management skills teamed with enthusiasm and willingness to provide outstanding levels of service
  • Professional presentation including grooming 
  • Strong work and team ethic with a flexible approach to work
  • Ability to commit to a 24/7,  365 day rotating roster
  • Committed attitude towards safety
