Territory Sales Manager

The Pitch.

We’ve got  an opportunity for an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our AKL Grocery team - are you ready to step up to a new challenge in your career?  

The Role.

As a Territory Sales Manager at CCANZ, you'll be responsible for building successful partnerships with our customers, growing our sales volume and financial performance, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll ensure our products are effectively executed in the market, and will be responsible for implementing our CCANZ sales strategies across your territory.  Strategic relationship-building skills will be key in this role, as you'll be dealing with everyone from the store person to the owners of multi-million dollar supermarkets - and establishing win-win relationships will be key. You'll be working with some of our biggest customers, and will be tasked with achieving some big targets for us - if you cringe at the thought of second place, this is the role for you!

What Do I Need? 

To be a star performer in this role, you'll have strong commercial acumen, a resilient approach to your work, plus whole lot of drive and energy! With a solid understanding of how CCA operate in the sales space, you'll have demonstrated strong selling skills, and will have proven experience in driving business negotiation skills. On top of this, you'll have a customer-focused approach that will successfully enable you to drive your customers and entire territory towards success. You'll be resilient, adaptable - and given the fast pace of our business, you'll be able to effectively think on your feet. The stores need to look great so you’ll be rolling up your sleeves with a bit of merchandising. This truly is a role where no two days are the same!
