FinCap works for a world where people, whānau and communities live free of hardship.
We provide support to the national network of 200 local free financial capability and budgeting services. We enable them to give the best services possible to New Zealanders by making them stronger and fostering productive relationships.
We operate a free helpline for people in financial hardship called MoneyTalks. Helpline operators are trained financial mentors that give people advice and refer them to appropriate services if required.
In this role, you will be the coordinator for the MoneyTalks helpline. You will use your leadership and coordination skills to support a small, diverse team of helpline operators to run the helpline effectively. You will reach out to businesses and organisations to increase referrals to the helpline.
