Administrator - Tauranga

  • Enjoy variety?
  • Leading not-for-profit organization!
  • People-oriented multi-tasker with good customer service ethic

It's exciting times at Plunket as we breathe life into a new vision aimed at really making a difference to the lives of New Zealand children, families and whanau. We believe that in the first 1000 days of a child's life, we can make the difference of a lifetime - who wouldn't want to be part of that?

As New Zealand's largest provider of support services for the development, health and wellbeing of children under the age of five, we have a trusted and respected brand but we are not about to rest on our laurels and become complacent. Plunket people are passionate about what they do and have a shared desire to make a difference. We're embarking on an exciting transformation and you could help shape it.

We are looking for a cheerful, people-orientated team-player to join our friendly team. You'll provide admin support to ensure we deliver an amazing service to our clients. This may at times include reception services, where you will meet and greet visitors with warmth and charm and answer the phone with your welcoming phone manner. Other duties will include preparing for meetings, travel bookings, making appointments and a variety of administrative tasks.

You'll be an organised, proactive and adaptable multi-tasker able to use technology to work smarter. Previous experience in an administrative support role is required.

This position is 0.6 FTE (24 hours per week), and how this is worked across the week can be discussed at time of interview.

All applications must be made online.
