With a team size of 30 in the Customer Success team you will join a forward thinking, collaborative and supportive team with big goals.

Role:

This is a permanent role working in the Customer Success Team, there is training and support to get you up to speed quickly. Answering inbound Customer Service and Technical queries, and resolving customer queries.

Hours: The centre is open between 7am - 7pm Mon to Fri, there will be fixed shifts, days or evenings to suit your lifestyle.

  • Delighting customers with an excellent service
  • Problem solving account queries and technical issues
  • Case Management end to end
  • Service delivery and onboarding clients
