Receptionist/PA - Part time

One of NZ’s most trusted and well-known family owned supermarket brands is looking for a well presented, energetic and fresh-faced Receptionist/PA to join their corporate head office in Manukau.

This is a lovely part time role that will offer you plenty of variety in your day and will see you carry out an array of tasks in reception duties, PA duties and Accounts Payable assistance such as:

  • Diary Management for the COO and MD
  • Coordination and scheduling of meeting room bookings
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering the main telephone
  • Email enquiries
  • Travel arrangements
  • Manage couriers and incoming/outgoing post
  • Supporting the Finance team with Accounts Payable; entering and printing invoices, processing credit notes, banking etc
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties
