Manager, Operational Advisory

About the Role

We are seeking a polished and passionate Manager with proven portfolio and/or project management skills to work within our Operational Advisory team. This is your opportunity to work alongside market leaders and build relevant skills for the future of work. You will also work across a variety of assignments including project assurance, process improvement, transformation and procurement. 

You will have client facing experience and be keen to develop this skill set. Overseen by a supportive Manager, you will be excited to understand the risks and needs of our clients, be fluid in both your verbal and written communications to convey findings and suggestions, lead client meetings to inform on progress and respond to questions and review and analyse information to support the teams delivery of services in relation to business risk and general consulting as well as making recommendations to help solve complex situations.

To be successful in the role you will need:
- Ability to analyse and succinctly explain complex / technical information
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal 
- Professional composure
- Flexible with a willingness to learn
- Demonstrated knowledge in portfolio, programme and/ or project assessment and delivery.
