About The Role
The role of an Ambassador will have you be first point of contact for existing plasma donors and new plasma donors!
The focus of this role is to connect with current donors and educate potential plasma donors on the benefits of donating plasma.
You will be a confident individual who loves talking to people! You must be comfortable talking to people face to face with the ability to influence.
Key responsibilities for the role will include:
  • Actively interact with members of the donor services team
  • Build and maintain relationships with current donors
  • Encourage donors to provide feedback about the service they have received
 
About You
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for working with the community, who is a team player and values the diversity of people, and someone who is self-motivate and organised.
Previous experience in sales / account management / brand ambassador / event management would be an advantage!

Other things we look for:
  • System savvy
  • Customer and consumer focused
  • Previous experience within a Sales team is preferred
  • Clear criminal and credit history
Hours are outlined below:
Monday 8am – 1pm
Tuesday 8am – 1pm
Wednesday 1pm – 6pm
Thursday 12.30pm – 5.30pm

New Zealand Blood Service was created to provide the people of New Zealand with safe, appropriate and timely access to blood and related services to meet their health needs.
They are responsible for the collection of blood from volunteer donors to the transfusion of blood products within the hospital environment - a 'vein to vein' transfusion service

The organisation employs over 600 people nationwide, who strive for excellence in meeting the needs of patients, staff and the wider healthcare community.
