Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Are you looking for your next challenge that requires you to apply your career experience collaboratively, think on your feet and represent one of the world’s most well-known stadiums?

The Eden Park Trust owns and operates New Zealand’s national stadium, Eden Park. The Trust is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with high energy levels to fulfil the fast-paced role of EA to the CEO.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate core skills including:

  • A can-do attitude;
  • Ability to take the initiative in representing Eden Park and the CEO;
  • Takes pride in presenting written communication of the highest standard, with grammatical accuracy;
  • Exceptional  verbal communication skills;
  • Willing to work in a flexible working environment, in line with the 365 days per year availability of the venue; and
  • A high standard of personal presentation

 

Accordingly the successful candidate should have a tertiary-level education, be flexible in their availability and have the self-confidence to proactively meet and manage the requirements of a busy and dynamic work environment.

Eden Park is New Zealand’s national stadium and a globally-iconic arena, located in central Auckland.

The Eden Park Trust is a charitable trust. Its objectives are to promote, operate and develop Eden Park as a high quality multi-purpose stadium for the use and benefit of rugby and cricket as well as other sporting codes and other recreational, musical, and cultural events for the benefit of the public of the Auckland region.

Each year, more than half a million sports and entertainment fans from around the world visit Eden Park. The stadium successfully hosts sell-out crowds of up to 50,000 on match days and hosts more than 1,000 non-match day functions per year.
