HR Coordinator

This role will suit someone who is a recent HR Graduate or is looking to utilise their established administration skills in a HR environment. You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, is patient, skilled at explaining things clearly and who knows what it means to provide great service.

Being a member of the People and Leadership function you will be part of a team that delivers on our people strategy by providing targeted advice, support and guidance to managers on people-related queries and help deliver an exceptional employee experience.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys learning in an environment where change is frequent.
  • Is an awesome communicator.

Our HR Coordinators work to support our Strategic and Operational HR teams across a range of HR processes, including:

  • Responding to first level HR queries.
  • Generating employment documentation such as offer letters, contract extensions and secondment agreements. .
  • Day-to-day HR administration and coordination.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
