Our client is about providing an exceptional service delivering parcels, packages and mail for businesses and consumers both throughout NZ and internationally.

 

The job:

Our client requires staff to work in their inbound call centre taking up to 100 calls per day.  Whilst the role is full time temporary there is potential for this to become a permanent role.

Full training is provided to all successful applicants and you must be able to attend a assessment centre as part of the interview process.

 

Assessment Centre Date: 

Tuesday 10th September & Wednesday 11th September 

 

 

Start date:

Monday 23rd Sept 2019

 

Days and hours of work:

Monday to Friday working between the hours of 7am to 6.30pm

Flexible enough to work at least 1 Saturday per month from 8.30 am to 12 noon

 

You will need:

A minimum of 6-months proven inbound call centre experience

A minimum of 6-months proven front line customer service experiences

A clear MOJ as police vetting will be conducted

Be willing to undergo drug screening

Excellent English comprehension

Clear and effective verbal English speaking skills
