Territory Sales Manager - Auckland

We have an ever-expanding range of products, many that don’t even see the shores of New Zealand! It is an exciting time to join our team as we are experiencing huge growth and are proud to be working from our award-winning, purpose built, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility close to Auckland Airport.
  
What will you do?
You will enhance the business partnership in each account by managing our range, promotional program, shelf layout, activation and profitability. If you are an experienced and passionate sales professional, this is your opportunity to add value to our NZ Sales team and achieve targets within the Auckland territory - a pivotal region holding a substantial customer portfolio and commercial value to the business.
  
A typical day in this varied role will see you:
  • Maintain a set Call Cycle across Grocery, Hardware and Retail
  • Provide best in class customer engagement and service levels
  • Build strong professional relationships with customers to ensure optimum commercial results
  • Present Category Reviews, New Products and Relays
  • Achieve distribution and sales targets
  • Manage Promotions and associated spend
  • Manage end to end territory activities, including administration tasks 
What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a natural and proven Sales Professional with drive to work independently and focus on results. You'll be a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and excellent planning, prioritisation and account management skills.
  
In addition, you will need to have:
  • 5-7 years’ similar role experience in FMCG Grocery is required, with exposure to Hardware & Retail channels an advantage
  • A proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets
  • Excellent analytical & presentation skills and be well versed in growing business by presenting data to highlight and sell mutually beneficial growth opportunities.
