Your new company
A successful small CA firm are looking for an experienced administrator to work alongside the administration team to provide support to the busy accounting team.

Your new role
This role is reporting to the Administration Manager and your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients- on-boarding of clients including AML requirements
  • Collating jobs and binding of documents
  • Archiving in the system and folders
  • Updating and maintaining APS Database
  • Supporting the partners with secretarial support
  • Client invoicing and processing credit card payments.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be well presented, organised, friendly and reliable. Your exceptional administrative skills along with a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office will ensure you have the skills required to be successful in this role. This role will be busy and varied so the ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to take on any task that needs to be done. Experience in a support role within a legal and accounting practice is a must!
