IT Application Support Analyst

    You will be responsible for duties such as: 

  • Troubleshooting application issues (Level 2 support)
  • Escalating issues and liaising with Third Party vendors
  • Using sql queries and tools to assist with troubleshooting
  • Identifying root cause and investigating follow-up actions
  • Examining existing solutions to find ways to optimize operations and improve efficiency
  • Co-ordinating and managing software changes and upgrades 
  • Assisting with IT Projects
  • Providing a consistently high level of service to customers       
  • The successful applicant will have:

    ·        

  • A passion for troubleshooting and problem-solving, and the ability to prioritise and follow tasks through to completion
  • A reasonable level of SQL Server knowledge and experience in writing and using SQL queries
  • The flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands quickly
  • Highly developed communication and relationship management skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Experience in software change management
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a ‘service attitude'.
