Level 1 Support Engineer sought for corporate client. Experience with Service desk and troubleshooting!

You will be a tech savvy level 1 engineer and be able to provide support via multiple channels, focusing on a high level of customer experience. You will be an excellent problem solver with a wealth of experience in troubleshooting and technical support of software and hardware.
You will need to be proficient in and have worked with:
- Windows 10
- Exchange and active directory
- Mobile iOS and Android troubleshooting
- Various desktops
The start date is NOW, although we are willing to wait for the right candidate. You must be in Auckland and have a valid work visa to apply for this role. Due to the urgent nature of this role, we'll be shortlisting immediately. Don't delay!
