You will be a tech savvy level 1 engineer and be able to provide support via multiple channels, focusing on a high level of customer experience. You will be an excellent problem solver with a wealth of experience in troubleshooting and technical support of software and hardware.

You will need to be proficient in and have worked with:

  • Windows 10
  • Exchange and active directory
  • Mobile iOS and Android troubleshooting
  • Various desktops
You will be rewarded with an excellent remuneration package and the opportunity to work at a company who really value their staff. You will be given the chance to progress to a System Administrator role.

The start date is NOW, although we are willing to wait for the right candidate. You must be in Auckland and have a valid work visa to apply for this role. Due to the urgent nature of this role, we'll be shortlisting immediately. Don't delay!
