Pacific Ezy is a well-established and continually growing remittance agency, which is focused on improving our communities.  Our money transfer service is convenient, reliable and trustworthy and we are proud to be one of the highest performing remittance agencies in our field.  Pacific Ezy consists of 11 offices and over 60 agencies throughout New Zealand and Samoa, and we are currently looking to expand into new corridors.

Since the beginning, Pacific Ezy has been managed by its founders and after 15 years, it is now time to bring an experienced GM into the Pacific Ezy family.  We are looking for a General Manager who can build on the solid foundations of our New Zealand offering and ensure even greater success in our future.

We take our compliance obligations very seriously at Pacific Ezy and we embrace the high standards that are placed on us.  We are constantly striving to develop new technologies which meet or exceed these obligations, as well as enrich our overall customer experience.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working alongside the General Manager - Samoa, the General Manager – New Zealand will be responsible for;

  • Human Resource Management
  • Compliance
  • Operations
  • Marketing and Sales
  • Finance
  • Continuous Improvement

To be successful in this role you will need to have fantastic communication skills and be fluent in both written and spoken English.  You will also be an experienced people manager with confidence in reviewing and improving systems and processes.  Having a proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships is a must. Ideally, you will also have had previous experience in a General Manger or Senior Manager role, as well as having a relevant tertiary qualification in business management.
