What Will I be doing?

 


• Identify & articulate the behaviours  necessary for successful business performance
• Use behavioural economics thinking to deliver behavioural change across the organisation
• Identify and implement the habits required to drive and sustain necessary behaviours 
• Align Vodafone’s practices to those behaviours.
• Deliver the plan, working across the organisation, particularly with our CEO, Directors and all People Leaders

 

What Will I Bring?

 

• Demonstrable experience and knowledge in behavioural economics
• Demonstrable experience and strong knowledge in organisational culture management  
• Organisational psychology or Behavioural Economics background will be valued   
• Strong stakeholder management and communications skills  
• Agile / Growth Mind-set – understanding of Agile / Growth mind-set and experience role modelling these behaviours
