Your new role
As the principal of Road Performance and Asset Management, you will Improve the structured approach to roads management enabling concise road/highway operation. A key point will be extracting data on the maintenance and restoration of highway assets ensuring they meet standard conditions. You will be required to translate functional and performance requirements and ensure more optimal use of available resources.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working across a large network of some form, i.e telecommunications, Electricity, Rail etc. with a strong understanding of asset management.
  • Advanced asset data literacy with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Experience at advising a wide range of stakeholders on complex asset and asset management topics.
  • Proven track record of building strong and successful working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing within an organisation to ensure delivery on commitments.
  • A relevant tertiary and professional qualification, preferably as an asset manager or maintenance contract management,
  • A current and valid New Zealand Driver's Licence
