About the Role

This role requires a highly motivated, team-oriented person who is able to provide efficient, client-focused service with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Mail processing and delivery
  • Courier distribution
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner
  • Develop a working relationship with the client and external providers
  • Greeting visitors and reception cover
  • Meeting room set up
  • Delivering office consumables within the building and stationary management
  • General administration (updating spreadsheets, responding to emails etc.)
  • Facilities Support
  • Ensure your site is compliant with Converga and the client’s Health & Safety Standards

 

Key Requirements

  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Will be a highly reliable individual
  • A keen eye for detail
  • A good level of computer literacy
  • To be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • To be a good time manager who is able to complete tasks unsupervised.
