What would you be doing?

We are seeking a positive, proactive Executive Reward Services Associate to join our Auckland office. You’ll be an integral part of the team, providing support to the Executive Reward Services team as well as the wider business. This diverse role will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to develop your own personal and professional skills. We are ideally looking for a recent graduate or a professional with some experience who has come from an HR background. This is role is varied and extremely rewarding, as you will be working with a large selection of premium clients and brands.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the necessary technical expertise to assist the ERS Partner and Directors to provide ERS consulting services including: Meeting with clients and prospective clients to identify needs/provide advice, and drafting ERS proposals.
  • Drafting reports on ERS related-matters including; Executive remuneration benchmarking reports; NED fee benchmarking reports; Executive and NED policy papers; LTI research and analysis; and bespoke/commissioned remuneration surveys.
  • Provides support to the ERS team in the development of digital solutions (in particular excel) to assist us in continuously improving processes and outputs
  • Provides support to the ERS survey manager with regards to the annual ERS survey, industry supplement reports etc.
  • Undertakes client risk management procedures and documentation, in line with FAS protocols and engagement requirements.
  • Drafts invoices for review
  • Assists ERS Partner and Directors to market ERS services including: Undertaking research in support of new product initiatives/thought leadership pieces and Drafting ERS thought leadership pieces.

What you’ll need to bring to the role

We’re not necessarily looking for someone with extensive experience – more important is a ‘can do’ attitude, a positive and personable disposition, and a high degree of professionalism. Perhaps you have worked in a Human Resource administration role for a year or two and you are looking for a new challenge. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join a leading global firm. We are looking for a graduate/junior professional who is looking to develop a career in a professional services/client services environment.

  • Degree qualified (HR, Statistics, Business Management, Accounting or Law preferred, but not essential).
  • An interest in executive reward.
  • Experience utilising Microsoft Word for report writing.
  • MS PowerPoint experience preferred but not essential.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Well organised. Able to manage multiple priorities, staying across deadlines whilst managing detail.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and demonstrates the ability to communicate at all levels and build trust-based relationships.
