We are therefore looking for an extraordinary Process Engineer. You will not only have the technical ability but a high EQ, a commitment that comes from the heart and first class leadership and communication skills.
  
Based in Wiri in a new plant and reporting to the Plant/Engineering Manager, your skills and experience will be similar to the following:  
  • Relevant Engineering Degree
  • 5 + years in a process engineering position (heavy industry)
  • Strong passion for innovation and a positive desire to move forward
  • H & S experience & knowledge in a MHF
  • Previous upgrade project work    
About you
You started your career on the tools and developed your engineering career (ideally chemical/oil & gas/high hazard facilities) over the past 5 -10 years. You are smart, passionate about innovation, people, leadership, H & S and you see your work as your passion not just your job. You are looking for a team of like-minded, driven individuals that you can learn from, formulate ideas with and have the same values of: Sharing, Passion, Courage, Open/honest and Backing your team.
