About the Company

Honda New Zealand, a direct subsidiary of the Honda Motor Company, operates dealerships and service centers throughout New Zealand.

Honda Cars North Shore is undergoing rapid expansion of its operations, which will see it hold the most stock in the Auckland region. As a result, we are looking for highly-motivated sales person wanting to be part of an already well-established team.

Duties of role

  • Actively promote Honda product and services.
  • Consistently meet Vehicle and Product Sales Targets through customer acquisition and retention.
  • Proactively prospect to generate sales and achieve targets.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to maximise repeat business from customer retention.
  • Maximise Dealership profitability through the sale of Finance, Lease, Insurance and other aftermarket products during the Dealerships Sales Procedure.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong customer service and sales experience,
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time-management
  • Adequate computer skills
  • Knowledge in motor industry is preferred
