Marketing Business Partner - Pest Control

Sales & Marketing is at the core of our business and you'll be responsible for projects that drive our business to succeed. We operate in highly competitive B2B markets, so a big focus for you will delivering new innovations, products & services to our national team and ensuring they have the tools, insights, skills and brand reputation to win every time!

This role requires an experienced and holistic B2B marketer who has a passion for sales to lead the Pest Control category.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Capability and Marketing NZ/Fiji, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Delivery of new innovation, tools and product launches:including project management, development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, ensuring engagement across the business, measurement of success and brilliant execution by our sales team
  • Equipping our sales team for success:delivering tools, sharing of market, customer and competitor insights and ongoing training
  • Reporting & Analysis: ongoing reporting and analysis to identify areas of opportunity , measurements of success and creation of strategies to drive growth
  • Building our brands:in our core target sectors via events, partnerships, content development and communication campaigns
  • Strategy development:working with the business to develop, execute and measure plans to drive growth
  • Onboarding and Training: delivering an effective induction programme and ongoing sales and tools training which supports and equips the sales team with the skills and knowledge to drive growth in their portfolios

You'll be part of a sales and marketing team that is fresh and passionate to succeed. You'll also be working closely with (and as part of) our global marketing team, where the opportunities for growth are endless!

Selection Criteria

Essential:

  • 3+ years' experience in a results-driven B2B and/or services marketing role
  • 3+ years' experience delivering new product launches in a B2B and/or services environment
  • 1+ year experience in project management is highly desirable
  • 1+ years of people management experience is highly desirable
  • You'll be a strong personality with the ability to lead and inspire stakeholders of all levels
  • You will be a strong communicator, very well organised and not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • You will have a high level of skill with the Microsoft suite
  • Experience in working closely and effectively with internal teams including but not limited to sales, operations and finance

Desirable:

  • Experience in creating and delivering sales training
  • Skills in Adobe Creative Suite
