Fusion Workplace Services (FIL) is a national market leading organization specializing in business and commercial relocations, furniture installations and freight and storage. Our extensive client list includes government departments, NZ’s largest corporates and NZ’s top furniture suppliers. We are currently looking for Maternity Leave Cover for our Part Time Administration Assistant.
This role is responsible for
- Job processing,
- Entering Purchase Orders, Timesheets
- Travel Bookings
- Health and Safety administration
- General Office and accounts & Housekeeping duties
- Reception and general administration support
The following key attributes are a pre-requisite for the role:
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills – must have MYOB experience and MS Office Suite
- Understanding of Health and Safety requirements and legislation
- Problem Solving ability
- Demonstrable planning and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills
Hours of Work Monday – Friday 10am -2pm.
Contract Dates 29th July 2019 – 24th December 2019
