Bistronomy is a multi award winning restaurant in the heart of art deco Napier. 

Our style is modern New Zealand with international influence. The fit-out modern and comfortable. The service fast paced, casual, yet extremely well informed.

We are looking for a restaurant manager to bring a new dimension to the team. You will have a strong background and knowledge of food and beverage. You will be extremely service focused with experience running the floor in a restaurant of similar quality.

At Bistronomy we are firm believers in caring for our staff. The hours are reasonable and you are guaranteed 2 days off per week. The salary is competitive for a provincial restaurant and the quality of life in Hawkes Bay is second to none!

As a manager you will share responsibility over the entire front of house operation including:
Maintaining and developing the Bistronomy service philosophy;
Hiring and training of FOH staff;
Maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients and suppliers alike;
Running a smooth customer focused service; & Marketing support

The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of five year's experience in a similar working environment;
An in-depth wine knowledge;
A commitment to high standards and quality
A high level of attention to detail and great organisational skills;
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills; the ability to drive a team and foster a positive working environment;
And above all enthusiasm and passion for the hospitality industry.
