Asset Management Technician - Whangarei

Who are we looking for?

Due to Fulton Hogan’s ongoing growth within the Region, we are looking for an Asset Management Technician to join our team and deliver the good work Fulton Hogan is known for.

The job

You’ll be responsible for wide range of responsibilities including;

  • Validating supplied RAMM inventory information prior to its submission.
  • Collecting RAMM inventory information.
  • Collection & replacement of CO2 samples.
  • Inspection of assets to condition rate.
  • Assist with maintenance programming during peak periods.
  • Assist processing of PAR by doing site measures.
  • Assist in annual plan development and collection of asset information required.
  • Assist with OPM audit inspections to assist the inspector.
  • Annual SCRIM exceptions report and inspections.
  • Management of subcontractor watercutting for SCRIM.

You’ll use your good people skills to build genuine and lasting relationships with our customers, and our people (we’re one big whanau). And you’ll have the skills and experience to help us achieve our strategic objectives.

Experience and attributes;

  • Diploma in civil engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • Full Class 1 license minimum.
  • STMS Level 1 essential; STMS Level 2/3 NP preferred but not essential.
  • Working knowledge of RAMM and RAMM contractor.
  • RAMM inventory level 1 certification.
  • Strong data management skills & the ability to work with spreadsheets proficiently.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Quality focused and driven to achieve excellence.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Be self-motivated and driven to succeed.
