What we’re searching for
  
An on-trend Social Media Manager to help deliver awesome results for our client’s digital marketing strategies. This role entails working with our Creative team across Social Media, Landing Pages, Strategy, Education, Project Management, and Process Improvement to help Aro deliver some of the best-in-class digital marketing.

You’ll bring at least 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing and proven experience working with the Facebook Ads platform to deliver excellent results. Previous experience in copywriting is essential - we need a wordsmith that can blow readers away with incredibly well written and high converting copy.
  
You’re a creative designer through and through. Someone who can create landing pages and assets for ads - all of which are built for a great brand experience and results for our clients. Not only are you creative, you’re analytical - a data driven thinker that can understand not just what KPIs are most relevant for each of our clients, but the context of metrics too.
  
Your top-notch project management, communication and interpersonal skills will see you working well with small teams both internally and with our external clients.
  
A typical day in the life of you
  • Working with our Creative team to develop best-in-class Social Media strategies
  • From ideation to execution, you’ll be working across the entire Facebook Ads platform to deliver excellent results for our clients
  • You’ll be writing copy and creating assets for ads - and testing what combination performs best. Setting up and pushing the limits of what the Facebook Pixel can do
  • Testing a variety of different audience targeting options, and optimising campaigns towards the best performing ones
  • Developing new processes within the platform to enable better results
  • Developing landing pages that effectively inform users about the offer or service
  • Writing the copy and sourcing the images that make the page pop - reflecting well on the clients brand as well as driving results
  • Tweaking the client's current website to improve conversion rates to help enable our digital campaigns succeed
  • Supporting the Aro’s Creative team to learn and develop - through mentoring, leadership, constructive feedback, and leading by example
  • Ensuring the team is working as effectively and efficiently as possible, including process review and development
  • Run educational sessions with clients and the community - helping up-skill local businesses, social enterprises, and charities across Social Media, Content, Data & Strategy.
