We are looking for Lending Admin superstars!


Providing support ensuring all applications are processed quickly and efficiently, and using high levels of attention to detail in the quest to make sure all documentation meets Avanti standards. This essential role will follow up information and provide support to our commercial and quality assurance teams, as well as the wider team with enthusiasm and a sense of humour, and be proactive in ensuring that everyone’s workflow is running smoothly thanks to your time management, accuracy and appreciation for working to deadlines.

We are looking for people who are:

  • Driven to provide results to their customers, whether internal or external.
  • Multi-taskers, motivated, and love to use their initiative.
  • Financial acumen, switched on and savvy, experienced with at least one year working in the Finance industry.
  • Accountable for their own performance, and want to contribute to the bigger picture.
  • Amazing communicators and can handle tricky situations.
