The role:

 

This is a varied role that will have you provide support for this large IT Infrastructure (servers, workstations and mobile devices) as well as working on network infrastructure projects, support and configuration.

 

  • Providing level 1, 2 and 3 support for IT Infrastructure including 200+ servers, 650+ workstations and 1200+ mobile devices 
  • Network support and configuration 
  • Updating documentation and procedures 
  • Cyber security maintenance and enforcement
  • Diagnosing and resolving priority issues
  • Responsible for Imaging, patching and Application Package Deployment

 

About you:

  • Excellent written and communication skills; ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users
  • Diagnostic / fault-finding skills
  • Experience in creating images and managing SCCM is a mandatory requirement for the role
  • Working and managing in an environment of more than 250 Windows devices is a requirement
  • Microsoft AD and Infrastructure skills
  • Network support and configuration
  • Ability to package and roll-out desktops via SCCM
  • O365 admin would be advantageous
