We have a highly sought after opportunity for a motivated hospitality industry professional who thrives on excellence and operates at a highly professional level.

 

As the Operations Manager, this role will see you overseeing the operations of Go To Collection’s venues with the support of the COO. All our restaurants are open 7 days and we expect that your availability would be flexible. In return, we would offer flexible working arrangements and a competitive remuneration package.

 

The Role:

Working closely with the support centre and Restaurant Managers, you will ultimately be responsible for:

  • Improving operational systems, processes and policies in support of Go To Collection's mission

  • Focusing on spend per head and sales targets

  • Help drive a culture of exceptional customer service and operational excellence

  • Leading, developing and nurturing restaurant teams with a vision to increase and maintain our restaurant's reputation

  • Ensure consistency and quality high standards are maintained at all times

  • Ensure Health & Safety policies and procedures are implemented and followed at all sites


 

You:  

To be successful, you will have the following skills, experience and knowledge:

  • Enjoy being in a hands on and operational role, leading from the front and getting your hands dirty when needed

  • With your extensive hospitality experience at the management level you will bring ideas and initiatives to the table

  • You will be commercially astute with a proven track record of meeting and achieving targets, and delivering commercial results

  • Be personable, engaging and have a positive 'can do' attitude and be passionate about leading and inspiring teams

  • Have sensational communication and time management skills with the ability to juggle a multitude of tasks

  • Be hungry, humble and smart – you’re adventurous, genuine, generous, and skilful – just like us
